A child's first protector is its mother and when a mother fails to protect her child from other's abuse and in turn becomes a perpetrator, her child will suffer the greatest human tragedy. The wounds will be invisible. No one will understand the ingredients that make up the child's tears. No one will fathom the heaviness of the child's vibration, and yet, when the child cries or acts out, others will assume what is wrong is the child.
Abuse happens in bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and basements when the front doors are locked and the house windows are closed. Family and friends, school personnel and even authorities often dismiss the possibility of abuse, denying their own ignorance and justifying their disbelief based on a subconscious conflict. Often people dismiss abuse as a reality because THEY have not witnessed the abuse, although logical minds understand abuse happens when there are no witnesses to be found.

There are many steps one must take in order to heal the emotional wounds of our pasts. While healing is a process, it is helpful to first come into some key understandings.
Most of our wounds occurred when we were defenseless children--powerless--and under the control of others. Because we were dependent upon those who may have been violating the innocence within us--we did not feel safe. As a result our minds developed coping skills to help us survive the everyday abuses we may have experienced.
Perhaps we floated away--and disassociated ourselves from our immediate pain. We may have counted, cut, binged, purged, obsessed, ticked or sought love in places we could never have found it. It doesn't matter what survival skill we developed. What is most important is that we do not re-victimize ourselves by now judging the very miraculous survival skills that allowed us to endure the suffering we experienced as children.
A main ingredient to healing emotional abuse--is learning to inhibit...
Within each of us is an INNER CHILD that has only wanted to be loved and to love.
Outside of our conscious awareness, the INNER CHILD may be running our lives and we may not realize just how often we give over our power to others because the INNER CHILD’S PSYCHE is directing our inner narrative.
Today, in this precise moment, you have the opportunity to help the INNER CHILD feel more protected, seen, respected and validated. In this moment, you have the chance to remind your INNER CHILD that the more adult you is in charge now. The more adult you no longer needs to seek validation, fawn, fight, run away, or dissociate from scary situations that show up. Today, you have the opportunity and the DIVINE RIGHT to think about the way you think, rather than react to what shows up.
If you are learning to THINK before you REACT, KUDOS to you Dear One!
Thinking should be celebrated!
Many of us were not born to self-actualized mothers. Some of us had mothers who raged, belittled, and emotionally abused us. Some of us had physically abusive mothers who perhaps were even jealous of us, our friends or boyfriends. Whatever your specific experience, not feeling loved by a mother can be akin to death.
Whether you are male or female, feeling discarded by the very creature that created you causes disruptions both emotionally, physically, psychologically, neurologically, and socially.
How can a being who feels rejected by the very essence that created them ever feel they are worthy of love?
If you have suffered a ‘mother wound’ it is not too late to correct the messages that have been downloaded in the subconscious mind. Commit yourself to rewiring those faulty messages no matter how long it takes to reclaim your mind, body, and soul. NEVER GIVE UP re-mothering yourself Dear One. This is your BIRTHRIGHT but YOU must CLAIM IT!
Repeat to yourself often;
Enlightenment implies we were once in the dark.
To be enlightened is to come out of the darkness within. Fear equals darkness. Darkness is fear and yet, we are the light and at our deepest truth we have NO THING to fear because we are enough.
Fear is the result of conditioning and childhood programming. While fear that is related to being hit by a truck as we walk across a busy city street is healthy and necessary, fearing being alone or being ostracized to the point of panic and overwhelming doom is NOT healthy.
Healing from emotional fears related to trauma IS THE HEROES JOURNEY because NO ONE can face the darkness within and overcome it but the one in the dark.
1) Wake up every morning and declare ‘I am enough’
2) In your mind turn to your inner child and say ‘It is not your fault you fear abandonment-you have been abandoned’
3) Visualize yourself hugging your inner child and say to them, ‘I am so sorry you have been abandoned-please forgive me...
In this Youtube Livestream, you will learn an entirely new way to speak to yourself which can help you feel more connected to the Divine Inner Child.
Knowing how to address and confront SHAME when it shows up in our bodies and conscious minds, allows us to transform a past energy into a more positive one.
If you feel like an alien, that is because the humans that were supposed to teach you how to be human, most likely abandoned you in some way, or at a minimum, it is possible they simply were not attuned to their own self and therefore they could not attune to you.
That is not your fault!
Thank heaven, because we are all aspects of the Divine Consciousness, we can use our ability to Master our Focus and heal the self.
