Do you worry you are not good enough?
Do you struggle to heal the inner child?
Do you know something is wrong, but don't know what it is?
If you are an empath, you are an emotional sponge. You can feel other people's emotions. Codependents attach themselves to others as a way to seek a sense of self. Codependents can have high empathy and empaths can be codependent, however, they are not entirely the same.
